Home is Not Just Where You Live

To me home is not just where you live, as long as you’re with family you are home. With kindness, joy and peace. It doesn't matter if you don’t have a fancy house as long as you have family. Home is also a safe place where you celebrate and have fun with your family. I love my home. When we eat supper at our table I feel happy, safe and joyful when I see the food. I smell the delicious meals. When I hear the steaming and crackling I know it’s good. I love when I taste the delicious food in my mouth and I get that warm feeling. When Grandparents and cousins come over and play games together. That's what home means to me.
