I am Meklit and I’ve always wanted to be a home designer, and then decorate my home with a special design to make it a real home to me and call it a home. Since I love art and designer things, I wanted to make my own home designer company called...OUR HOME DESIGN. I really think that everyone deserves to have a home, to call it a home, and to make it their own home. I cannot even imagine how its like living on the streets alone. It's so hard looking at people on the streets, downtown homeless, starving and cold, especially in this weather. Home is way more permanent than just a house, it's way more special than a house. It's not only called “home” because it’s permanent, but also the part that you have collected all the memories those past years you have been living there. I love my home and you should too! It’s not easy living on the streets or being bullied at school for not having a big house like others. Never take your home for granted, because I once took my home for granted and I regret it, so never take your family and your home for granted. By: Meklit
