My Wonderful Home

My home may just be another house to others but to me it is something much more important and special. My home is a place that has created so many significant and impactful memories that I will carry with me for my whole life. In my home, I am able to be myself and to do what I feel is right for me. I am able to play with my brother and not worry about being judged for being my unique self. My house allows me a space to spend time with my family doing activities we enjoy together. With my brother, I find great happiness in playing games like soccer, building imaginative Lego creations, and secret forts in the basement. With my Dad, I feel relaxed while competing in multiplayer video games and with my Mom, I feel comfortable and cozy on the couch while watching movies. Deep down, I’ve always known that wherever my parents are and no matter what age I am, I will always be welcome in my home. There will always be a spot for me. I have come to realize that as important as my house is, my family is what has created my home.
