Meaning of Home
Home. Home is usually nice and warm. Home is a feeling, not a house. Home could be a soccer field, a swimming pool or even a beach. Home looks like a big greeting place. What I mean is whoever is there at your home always greets you, right? Like when you go to your hockey game your teammates always greet you or welcome you back. Or if your parents greet you at the door when you get home from school.
Home can be described in many different ways. It can be described by talking about it in a speech or even using your five senses. My home smells like lavender candles trying to take over the wet dog smell. My home sounds like a stampede of laughter and giggles. The giggles never stop no matter how hard you try. My home looks like a big cluster of cheetahs or dragons. My home feels like a big hug. Not in a bad way or anything, like I am always cramped in my own space. But it feels welcoming and warm. It’s a feeling that once you notice it immediately you’ll love it and you want to do it again.
Home means you can feel at home in many different places but most of the time it’s where you feel love. And that’s what home means to me.
