What Home Means to Me

To me, home can be overwhelming sometimes. But a lot of the time home is such a safe place to be. For me, home feels like a cozy warm place to be with my family to watch movies, play board games and read books together. Home sounds like Taylor Swift's music and laughing. Home smells like perfume, candles burning, warm hot cocoa and fresh warm cookies. Home to me looks like my family bundled up together under a warm blanket eating ice cream while watching a show. No matter where you live it is still home. Home feels like a safe place to call home and I will always feel welcome when I'm at home.
