Where I Belong

Home is a place where I belong. Let's say you go to your friend’s house, once you arrive you would say something like “Nice house” and you would go play with them, but once you get home you feel like that is YOUR place and you can relax. In a house you can find things like a couch, a fridge and all that stuff, you can also find that in a home, so what is the difference you may ask, the difference is that in a home there are memories and other things that once they are gone they are gone unlike a couch or a fridge. Things that you can’t get back could be pets, family, very old photos, etcetera. It may be hard to find a home if you've moved a lot because you haven't made any memories yet or many friends in that area and if you moved farther away from the school you used to go to you would probably have to move schools and it might be scary to some people because they worry about not fitting in, not making friends or even being bullied, but I think those people shouldnt have to worry because it is our job to be kind and welcoming to them.
