House is Different Than Home

A house is where we are away from a storm, but home is where we snuggle and get warm. A house is a big and okay place, but home is a safe and secure space. A house is a boring and scary location, but home is where there is nothing but appreciation. A house is somewhere we feel sad and blue, but home is where we say, “Mom, I love you!” A house is where we are stuck in a dome, but this poem is for people without a home.
