The Meaning of Home

Have you ever thought about what it would be like if you didn't have a home? I am so grateful to have a home. My bedroom, my living room and my backyard are all of my favorite and most important rooms and places in my house. They all bring back great memories. My first reason is my bedroom. When I'm in my bedroom I feel safe and cozy because I'm laying under my big warm blanket, watching a show or a movie. Being in my room makes me think about memories from when I was younger and I shared a room with my older brother, he was so messy. My second reason is my living room. When I'm in my living room I feel safe because I'm with my family. I feel calm when I'm petting my cats and it makes me laugh when they chase each other throughout the whole house. Being in my living room brings back old and recent memories. My last reason is my backyard. When I'm in my backyard I like to go on my trampoline. I like to play outside while my chickens run around, they like to eat my moms garden. I like my backyard because we have campfires with our neighbors and friends. Sometimes we eat dinner outside around the campfire and we cook hot dogs and smores. In conclusion, that's why my bedroom, my living room and my backyard are the meaning of home for me!
