HOME

HOME is where love is. HOME is where family is. Home is with my family. In my HOME love is shared. In my home we celebrate Christmas. HOME is the smell of my mom’s cupcakes and cakes. HOME is the taste of my mom’s delicious food. HOME is the sound of my television. It is the sound of the microwave. HOME is the warm feeling I get when I sleep and cover myself with my blanket. HOME is where I can watch the train pass by. It is where I see cars, buses and trucks pass by. HOME is where I use the remote to turn on the television and use my mom’s blanket, my tablet and my favorite pillow. HOME is not just a house, and a house is not just a home. HOME is where family is. So, thank you Habitat for Humanity for helping kids all over the world realize what home means.
