Meaning of Home: Poem
A home is where the heart resides,
Where love and laughter never divide,
A place of refuge, warm and bright,
Where memories are made, day and night.
The walls that hold us close and tight,
Are built with love and lots of might,
With every brick and every team,
Our hearts are filled with hopes and dreams.
In every room, a memory lies,
Of laughter, tears, and endless skies.
The creaks and cracks, the signs of age,
Tell stories of a well-lived page.
The kitchen, where we cooked up snacks,
Was where we flattened dough with whacks.
The garden, where we grow and thrive,
Is where our dreams and hopes arrive.
In every corner, every nook,
Our home holds a special book.
A book of memories, of laughter and fun,
That fills our heart, with a ton.
It's where we meet our tribe, our crew,
The people we love, who love us too,
A place to laugh, to cry, to grow,
And make memories that never fade away.
So let us cherish our homes,
And all the joy they bring to our roam,
For they are the foundation of our lives,
And the place where our hearts sing.
