The Meaning Of Home For Will

Have you ever wondered why people’s homes are so important to them? Everyone has their own unique reasons for what makes them feel most at home. For me, I feel most at home in my dining room, living room and backyard. My first reason is my backyard because we get to skate on our outdoor arena in the winter. It is very fun hanging out with my family and friends because we play hockey for hours and get to drink hot cocoa. We also build forts in our forest where we can hang out and talk about video games or what we want to do tomorrow. My second reason is my dining room. In the dining room, my family spends time together eating a healthy and nutritious meal. We talk about our day, how it went and upcoming activities in the week. Sometimes we play board games together and it is very fun. My last reason is my living room. In the living room, we watch family movies together and eat snacks. We also sit beside our fireplace in the winter, drink hot cocoa and hang up our stockings for Christmas. In conclusion, the meaning of home for me is the feeling I have when I am in my dining room, living room and backyard. What makes your home important to you?
