Home, House
Your house is a place, that place may move, that place may change but that place is always your place. When you wake up, you are in that place. When you come home from school and see the smiles on your family’s faces, and you feel safe and secure when you walk in the door, that feeling is home. home might also move, but home can be anywhere you want it to be, and no one can tell you where your home is. You decide where home is to you, whether your home is in your house, or in a place in the park that you like to sit in when you need some time to yourself or you're just sick of life. My name is Maddy, and I know that home is not rooms, doors and windows, home is not a place but a feeling, a feeling of warmth, happiness and security. Thanks to Habitat and their volunteers for giving your time so that others can feel safe and secure.
