Meaning of Home Home is a place that keeps you safe from all the people that are bad, and can help you if you're mad. Home is like a warm hug with my dog because I lose all stress and feel snug and comfy. Home is like a cozy fire where you can feel toasty and have lots of fun. Home is like a big warm coat because it keeps you safe from the rain and snow. When I get off the bus and run to my house, the first thing I do every time is say hi and hug my dog, then if they’re home I say hi to my mom or dad. When I think of home I think of my dog. When she sees me and my family she darts and jumps on us. Home is celebrating special holidays with my family. Boxing day was fun last year because all my friends came over to my house and that is only one of the many memories that I made at my home. Home is my favorite place in the world where I can go when I need to.
