What’s Home By: Natalie Sharpe Home is more than just a place. There are many things that make my house a home. My home brings me a sense of peace just like a bird's nest. Spending time at home with my family watching tv is like snuggling up in a warm blanket. Home is where I see my family, Sometimes my home smells of my mom’s delicious food, the smell of tacos makes my mouth water. The sound of my brother playing ps5 in his room can fill our home, sometimes it feels like nails on a chalkboard. Some people celebrate different holidays. My family has traditions like on Christmas we decorate the trees and wrap presents and put them under the Christmas tree and on Christmas Eve we go to my nana's house and we open presents with my cousin. This is what makes a house a home and my home is the best of all.
