To Me Home Means
To me home means my safety and comfort, my family, and having fun.
Safety and comfort are important to me because, I know I will always be warm and have food and water. I also know that I have good neighbours and good parents. An example of when I felt safe was when it was New Year's Eve, I heard noises that I thought might be gunshots but I realized that I live in a safe neighbourhood so I figured that it must be fireworks.
Without my family my home would not feel like home. My family is my mom, my dad, and my sister. My family is supportive, loving, and caring. An example of how my family is supportive is that they come to watch practically every one of my sporting events.
Without fun home would not be like a home. Ways that I have fun with my family are when I go on my backyard rink, when I go in my pool, and when I play sports in the basement. An example of when I had fun is when I started a mini sticks hockey tournament in my basement with my dad and sister.
My safety and comfort, my loving family and having lots of fun are what makes home a special place for me.
