What Does Home Mean To Me

Home means like the world to me. Sometimes it makes me feel safe. Home is also like a treasure to me. It gives me a place to sleep and eat. It is something that I am very grateful for. Home is where I can be myself. I don’t need to care about anybody. I just need to do what I want to do. At home, I hear my mom’s voice when she’s on the phone, the sound of people talking on the TV, and sometimes the water running when my mom is doing the dishes. At home, I smell that scent of my home. It has a certain smell that’s very warm and familiar. Sometimes it smells like my mom’s delicious cooking. At home, I feel comfortable. A different feeling that I only feel at home and never feel outside. Sometimes I feel mad because my mom scolded me. I feel many feelings when I am home, but they’re different from the feelings I feel when I’m not home. I can feel what I want to feel, what I really feel from my heart, and I can express them freely. Home is never perfect. It might not always be full of compliments and happiness. It might feel empty when someone isn’t there. Home can be different. But it’s just how it is. And if you feel different there, you feel free and loved, then that’s where your home is. It never has to be a house. It doesn’t have to be where you live. It doesn’t have to have your family. It’s somewhere you feel comfortable, safe and loved. I think feeling loved is the most important thing about home. I’m not saying you have to feel like that. I just think it’s what home is like. In conclusion, I think home is where it feels like home. You just get this feeling that makes you think you’re home. Home is where you think is home, no matter what. I think home is beautiful yet very complicated.
