The Meaning of Home

Home is a place that I feel loving. It feels like I'm running. In my house my family is caring. Like when my mom bakes me fresh cookies. My home feels calming. Like I’m playing basketball. My house is comfy. Like when I’m clumsy. I like that my family is funny. Like when the sky is sunny. I love that my family is honest. Like my family protects me. My home makes me feel cozy. Like my house feels homey. Home makes me feel like I’m drinking a warm hot chocolate. Home is a place where I can eat amazing meals. I can watch movies with my family. The feeling of going in a comfy bed after a long day just feels amazing. I am so lucky that I can do that. Because some people can’t. That’s why habitat for humanity it’s so amazing. People Can feel what it feels like to get in a comfy bed after a long day. It feels so good to pet my dog after a long day at school, and just chill with my dog. At my house.
