Meaning of Home Have you ever thought of what home means to you? Home is my safe place, it is my place that makes me happy. When I come home from a great day of school, my dog comes running to me with excitement. I smell delightful cookies straight out of the oven. I grab one mmmmmm!!! The delicious ginger cookies melted on my tongue. I am so happy. I grab the remote and I turn on Youtube. My mom asks me about my day. I quickly turned my head and said it was delightful. “You seem happy”, said mom. “I'm so happy," I said. When I go outside, I see the beautiful sun. I kick the soccer ball as my family cheers me on. Home smells like a beautiful flower. Home is as comfortable as me curled up in bed. Home is as nice as my mom giving me a good night kiss. I have to ask you something. Have you ever thought about the different things about house and home? I certainly have. Home is safe, a house is not. Home has a family, house does not. Home is better!
