Home is a Feeling

Home isn’t a place, it’s a feeling. For me, it's not just four walls and a ceiling. Home is a place that I love and find joy in everything. It’s a place where you will find my sisters and I playing. Home is where I find my family safe and cozy. It’s somewhere to take a nap when you’re feeling dozy. Home is the taste of my dad's homemade stuffing fresh from the oven. It’s Christmas dinner with my family and cousins. Home looks like a safe and cozy place to be.. It's family and friends gathered around our Christmas tree. Home is having friends and family hug me in a lightning storm when I'm afraid. It’s Home is a place in my heart where memories are made. Home sounds like munching fresh cookies and laughing on the couch with my family. It smells like fresh smoke from the fireplace chimney.
