A House is Not a Home

A house is a building with walls, doors, windows and a roof. A house is nothing like a home. A home is a place where you can spend holidays happily with your family. A home is where you can feel cozy and safe watching movies with your family. Where you can sit down and have delicious warm meals with them. Home is where you can come inside and drink a warm cup of hot chocolate after playing in the snow. A home is where you can play and cuddle with your pets. Home is a place where your family cares for you and loves you. I love my home. I am so lucky to have a home where I can feel comfortable, safe, happy and loved. Not everyone has a place they can call home and that’s why I'm so grateful that I was blessed with an amazing home.
