The Meaning of Home

Home is where the peace is, where no hate is to be found. Where I could safely enjoy the comforts of the leather couch to the calm, quiet music that rain is. Home is where the foods are, prepared by the chef that is my mother. It is where you feel safe, away from criminals, animals, and the bugs. It is where you belong, where everybody respects you, and you respect everybody. Home is where you are heard, remembered, and cared for. It is where you do what you like, and nobody judges you. Home is MY place, where I get MY own privacy. It is where I truly belong. There is no other place or space. Home is different from House. Home is a space where I feel peace, calmness, happiness, it is where I belong. House is just a simple building, with walls and a roof. There is much to know about a home, but no matter where you are, what you do, You will always have a home.
