What is a Home?

When I went into foster care for a few months, I realized I'd been taking home for granted. What is a home? A home does not have to be where your family lives, because home is where you feel love not abuse. A house does not have to be a home just like a home does not have to be a house. A home could be rich. It could be full of food, it could be full of toys. But a home is always rich in love and happiness. When I went in to foster care for a few months I realized I'd been taking home for granted. My family had an argument and that's when I went into foster care. It wasn’t pleasant and there wasn't love. I cried myself to sleep a lot. I was lucky enough to go back to my dad. When I entered his house I could just feel welcomed and loved. A home is always rich in love.
