The Meaning of Home

Home is more than piles of brick, It's where memories are made that stick. Home is a place of refuge and hope, It's a place where through tough times you’ll learn to cope. Home is where you’re disciplined and taught, Where family and friends helped you through the battles you fought. Home is family, and that as simple as it gets, For good times you had there you’ll never forget. Home is a very important place, As it is there your identity shapes. Home is a roof above your head, It's a place of happiness, and a place where tears are shed. Home is home and that is that, To you it's special and that’s a fact. So never take your home for granted, And be glad you have a bed and that your roof isn’t slanted.
