Is Your House Your Home?

Is your house your home? For a lot of people it is, but sometimes people find their home in something else. Some people are away from their house a lot, while others don't have a house to begin with. For some, it's because they just moved in and they just haven't had the time to really make it a home. I have lived in the same house for about 10 years, so I definitely consider it my home, But I know some people who don't have the same experience. Many people move a few times in their life and some have different feelings about home than I do. I happen to know someone who has moved more than once and they said that they had one particular house that felt the most like home. I also have heard thoughts from a friend of mine about how it feels to know you're going to move and leave your home behind. She told me she felt very unhappy at not being able to see her friends, and she felt like she was “Leaving her home for a house.” I promise I didn't make that up, she really said that. Finally for my last experience with people and their homes. Another friend told me that she's not at her house a whole lot. She said it was kinda sad because her house is nice, but she said her home is the skating rink at this point and she was ok with that. Personally, my house is my home, specifically my room, but as I said it's not always like that. I hope that we can help as many people as possible who don't have a home and hopefully even more try to help as well.
