Meaning of Home
Home is a place, but it is also a feeling, a feeling that makes you comforted by people around you.
Family:
Home means having your family surround you with love and comfort when you need it the most.
Home means the delicious food that is cooked in the kitchen by your mom melts in your mouth, and suddenly you feel joy.
Home means the cozy bed you get onto after a tiresome day, and you slowly fall asleep.
Home means to hear a bird chirping the second you wake up, and in matter of seconds tiredness turns into calmness.
Home means the lunch that is packed by your mom, and when you finally get to taste it, you feel grateful for everything she does for you.
City:
Home does not have to be a house, to me home is the city I live in.
Home means the diverse city you live in, surrounded by people who support one another, respect everyone, and help anyone in need of help.
Home means various amounts of food from diverse cultures, and your brain plays a mind movie in your head that feels like you are in that country.
Home means the beautiful parks full of nature, many people may ride their bikes, play on playgrounds, but I prefer to take a nature walk or even ride my skateboard.
Home means the museums we visit, in museums I feel like I am to the past seeing all the amazing things, or if it is an art piece, I feel like I get to know the artist a little bit.
Country:
To me home means the country I live in.
Home means traveling from my city to other places in my country at times we meet people from other countries.
Home means seeing all the treasures of the country I live in. When we went to Toronto, we saw the CN tower, it was amazing.
Home means introducing new people from diverse cultures to Canada and help them make their homes here.
Many people may think that a home is a brick house with a roof but a home to me is so much more, home to me is my family, city, and my country. To me home is not a place, home can be anywhere if you are surrounded by friends and family.
