Meaning of Home

What is your home like and what does home mean to you? Today will tell you about all that and answer more questions. To start off home to me is a sanctuary to me for if people are being mean to me I know if I am close to my house I can easily run home and get help or if someone tries to hurt me same things. At home I feel loved and if something happens to me I can always count on the people at my house to back me up and help me. For a fact I know that home is a sanctuary to me because once when I was being harassed by people in the park outside my house I ran home and they did not chase me. Also I know the people at my home love me because even if I get heart or in big trouble they still support me even if I really did something bad. The second thing that the word home means to me is the things around me like when I get home from school every friday I smell freshly baked food for saturday and when I smell that it reminds me of home. Something that also reminds me of home is the sound of typing because my parents are always working. Food also reminds me of home because my mom is alway cooking and whipping up new amazing recipes for me and my brother to eat and enjoy as a family or with friends. I definitely know that the smell of freshly baked food represents my house because it has a huge impact on my home because you need food to survive, especially if that is where you sleep. I also know that typing represents my home because you need to do work so you can earn money so you can afford a home. The last thing that the word home represents to me is my country canada no matter where I go in canada it will always be my home no matter what I do. Things that remind me of Canada are maple syrup, the smell of trees in nature and different flowers. I really love Canada because we are like the underdogs, not the most popular of the biggest but we are still there. Something that also represents the word home is a place to shelter against the weather. When I am inside a home I can count on it to shelter me from the weather most of the time. I know that home also represents your country because that is where you live. I also know that home can be a shelter against weather like rain and snow. Now you guys know what home means to me and maybe I will write again.
