Meaning of Home

Home to me means a place to feel safe because at the of the day I know I’m going home to my family. Home the place memories are made. Also, places like the back yard, the front yard even the pasture are all places memories are made. I feel safe in the summer in the pool with my family. I feel safe and happy. It’s like I can almost feel the waves of love and joy from the members in my family. Some of the greatest times are in the winter. I feel safe when I’m sitting in the living room with my family drinking hot-cocoa. The heat of the hot-cocoa running between my taste buds feels so soothing. Another thing about home is it’s not just a roof over my head, it’s the feelings and love that keeps my home together. That’s what I love about home.
