A Home is not Just a House

Hello, my name is Kanen. Home does not need to be a house. A home is where your memories are. Your home is like a bubble that cannot be popped. You are safe in your bubble, but when you are out of your bubble you are less safe. Your parents can help you feel like you are at home. But it is not just your parents that make you feel safe. Jesus can too. Home is not simply a place; it is where you and your family are. Your bubble usually stays in one place but you can feel like home in many places. You might not have a feeling of home right away when you move to a new house. It takes time to make memories and get used to a new place. You can feel like home anywhere you go. I am a christen so my traditions are that I pray every day and this makes me feel at home too. Some people do not have a home and do not have that feeling of home. A home does not need to be a house it just needs to be full of memories. Habitat for Humanity is helping people in need, everyone needs a home.
