In the beginning, there is light and two wide eyed figures standing near the foot of your bed. The sound of their voices is home. Everything smells new and it smells like home. Home to me is the sound of crashing waves and a train whistling in the distance. Each night the sky above your house turns the colour of home . Every night you hear the sound of your parent’s voice and feel safe, protected, and loved by them.
