What Home Means to Me
To me home means a place where I can feel safe, unthreatened, loved and helpful. Without those things a house is just a helpless lonely structure. Without an affectionate, passionate, devoted, supportive and forgiving family, which I have and am very grateful for, you cannot occupy a framework enough to call it a home. And in my home, we are, and always should be grateful for everything we have and own, as well as a quiet place to escape the chaotic noise and stirring motion of the world and stick our nose into our own business. Really what I mean to say is a lot that makes up a home is thankfulness, love and forgivingness. I am sure that everyone, no matter what they have done, deserves a tepid and welcoming home.
