When I get home from school I relax on my couch and watch tv if I don’t have homework. I’m not allowed video games on school days. I love the weekends because I can sleep in. I’m really happy when I play hockey games. When I sleep in my bed I have a really good sleep, but when I’m sleeping in a hotel bed I don’t have as good as a sleep when I’m sleeping in my own bed. Every morning I wake up I can hear my mom working out. She makes me breakfast after her workout. While I’m eating breakfast, she makes my lunch. I like it when it’s summer because I can swim in my pool. The sky is as blue as my pool. Also I get to spend more time with my dog because there’s no snow and it’s not as cold in my backyard. When I walk into my house I smell my dog. I wake up in the morning with the nice sunshine out my bedroom window and I see all of Penticton because I live on a mountain. I hear the sound of cars driving by. I see my neighbor’s Canada flag on the edge of the mountain. I feel love in my house. Home is where I feel safe.
