My Home

My home is very important to me. My home is like the weather, it could be sunny, or it could be rainy. Just think about it, a home has shelter, and it has lots of love. When you walk into your house after you have been on a trip, it feels like it is welcoming you back with all your memories that you have had there. Many people do not think about their home. My home is a warm fireplace on a rainy day. The best part of my house is love and safety. When I walk into my room, I see my hanging chair swaying as the wind comes through my window. When I walk downstairs, I smell pancakes and I hear the pancakes sizzling on the stove. If I look through my windows, I see the mountains with some snow on the top. I see the trees sometimes swaying in the wind I can smell the fresh air. When I look back in my room, I see my dog laying down on my bed waiting for me. I wish I could be at home all the time. When I am at home, it just feels like a different world then from other people’s homes. Sometimes I wish my home was better but now that I think about it, I should be grateful for everything that I have. Some people don’t have the opportunity that I do.
