Home is the ski hill Snow covered trails With moguls, powder and jumps Going up the T-bar Friends enjoying the day. Home is the chalet Sparks soaring from the fire Building big snow forts Having bonfires with neighbours. Home is winter Thick layers of frozen snow Wrapped around tree branches like presents The cold crisp air kissing me. Home is support from my family Cheering me on when I race down the course Huge smiles on their faces Positive feedback at the finish. To me, home is a lot of things but most importantly my family.
