Meaning of Home

When I am home I feel a warm layer of fire surrounding me. When I am home I hear “I love you.” When I am home I feel important and like I belong. When I am home I am calm and comfortable. When I am home I am excited and welcomed. When I am home I taste warm chocolate cookies. When I am home I am included. The difference between a home and a house is that a house is a place where you sleep, eat, and it's just a pile of bricks. A home is a place you can be yourself and a place you're loved, welcomed and safe. A home can be anything and some people wished they had a home where they could be safe, loved and cared for. I think that everyone should have a home. I am thankful that Habitat for Humanity is making this possible!
