Home is Where the Family Is
Home is where the family is
Alp Isler Grade 5 Harrison public school.
I was born in Turkey but I grew up in Qatar for 7 years so I always thought Qatar was my home. So, I was very sad when my family moved to Saudi Arabia. But then what occurred to me is we changed a house but we never changed our home. A house is a place to live, a home is a place to love. My house was made of bricks, concrete, plaster, wood and glass. My home is made from warm home cooked meals every night. A nice family who loves me and takes care of me. A nice family movie with popcorn every weekend. My grandparents visiting twice a year and memories of my old house.
So if you ever change your home, you changed nothing but your house. Always remember you will always have a home, so whatever your situation is, whatever country you are from, home will never be walls or a roof. My house is my shelter. My family is my home. Your house is your shelter Your family
