meaning of home

Home. There are different ways to define home like for example. Home is a place to feel safe and to feel loved, and some people say that home is their safe haven. For me, it is not only that. It is everything to me. It is my protection. It is where I grow up. It is where I go when I am done school. It is where I eat the food that is made by my mom and dad with love, tears and sweat. Home is also where my mom and dad feel protected and loved by their children. Now take a break to think about all of this and what home means to you. Let's jump right back in. Home is where I wrestle with my brothers and sisters and make memories with them. We have to cherish all of these memories because they might not want to do it again or they might move away, when they get older. Home is also a place where you always fell welcome. Home is some where you have a warm cozy blanket for watching, a winter movie like " home alone " etc. for me. Home is a place where you won't get bullied. Instead I will be accepted for what I do and who I am. Home smells like hot cocoa and a bonfire that we have every Wednesday. Home sounds like my family screaming and shouting after our favourite soccer team gets a goal. This is what home means to me. I wish everyone could have a home as special as mine.
