Homes All Around

Homes are here and there. Homes are everywhere, Look at the birds, the places they fly Look at their home as you pass by Up and high in the trees, precious tiny baby birds go “Squeak, Squeak, Squeak!” Look at the lush grass, with the tiny little ants Scurrying to the nearest picnic Under the ground, you can hear the sweet sound of a home With baby ants moving fast Go to the coast, hop in a boat Sail on the waves But wait! Stop and look down A little clown swims around It’s a clownfish! Hop in the water and look a little farther Do you see the mysterious moving grass That’s where the clownfish lives Protected from everything around He doesn’t even make a sound It’s late at night So head home Look to the left, look to the right, you’ll see a home Home can be anywhere Towering high up in the the sky It can be found deep underground Home can be under a tree Where the little bees sleep It doesn’t matter where you are Home is anywhere where your loved ones aren’t very far.
