What home means to me
M K Soni once said “ Home sweet home. This is the place to find happiness. If one doesn’t find it here, one doesn’t find it anywhere.”
Enjoyment, I have many fun things to do at my home. I love my basketball garage. I have so much fun and I am so happy to be able to enjoy playing basketball in the winter season. I like waking up in the morning and working on my game. If I could sleep in my garage I probably would. I can’t thank my parents enough.
Love, I feel loved when I am at home. When I walk into my home I get a sense of unconditional love from my whole family. I love my parents. They are so kind, caring, helpful, wonderful and funny. They make me feel like I never have to feel lonely and I can feel comfortable talking to them about anything. I love how we make family meals together and eat delicious food. My mom likes to bake a lot. Her food is out of this world. Her donuts are my favorite. I love my brother. I like how we can share the same bedroom and that we can trust each other. I am so happy and grateful that I can have a brother to play with every day. He makes me laugh to the point where I start to tear up.
Safety, my home makes me feel very safe. I live on a farm in a very small town. I can play outside where there is lots of space with my brother.
I get to play basketball and ride my bike and go on adventures. I feel very safe living in my home.
All in all, in my home I feel loved, safe and enjoyed.
