My Home

Each smile and laughter we shared, and each special moment throughout life. The feeling of home is special. It’s cozy, radiating with happiness and full of love. It’s a place that includes my family, my friends, and all the things I adore. It is a place where people support and rely on each other through good and bad. It’s a place where I can be myself and follow my dreams. Everyday, when I get home, I hear the sizzles and chops coming from the kitchen, as I was greeted by the warm and sweet welcome of my family. At dinner, I hear the chatter of all the things we’ve done during the day, and the laughter of jokes we’ve made. At night, when I do my homework, I can still hear the simple words exchanged from one to the other in the house. The sky starts to turn dark, as we get ready to sleep. We say goodnight and drift into sleep. In the morning, I wake up by the sound of my alarm, as I slowly get out of bed. I look out the window, awaiting for the day yet to come, happily.
