What home means to me
Home is my town. It's a really small town.
My grandma lives in town and I go to her house a lot. She lives right next to the school.
We have a lot of family suppers there. My favorite supper is flank steak and corn.
Home is the rink because I love to play hockey, watch games, and play shinny. I love the rink food such as my moms perogies and the onion rings. I also love the drinks because if you put in a toonie you get two drinks and it's amazing. I also love that sometimes if you put a loonie in the machine you can get two pops at the same time.
Home is my house because I love that I have a bed to sleep in, clean water to drink, and food to eat. I am lucky I have toys to play with and siblings to play games with me. We play a lot of cards such as: Skip-Bo, Monopoly, Dominos, Uno, and Phase Ten.
Home is the lake in Saskatchewan that my family always goes to. I love to swim! My
favorite things to do on the lake are fishing and tubing.
Home is the golf course. I love golfing! My brothers, my dad and I go golfing a lot. We go maybe twice a week and we camp at the golf course four times a year and it's amazing!
Those are all the places that feel like home and make me truly happy.
