Home
When I think of a house I think of the place where I live, 4 walls and one roof. When I think of a home, I think of family, friends, comfort and joy. The place where I laugh, learn, grow and am loved. Your house keeps you warm with solid walls and a furnace. Home keeps you warm with love and songs by the campfire. Home is anywhere you feel safe, loved, protected and cared for. Home is made of the memories you make with your friends and family. Everyone should be able to have a place that they can call home. A place where they can feel safe and loved. A place where they can look forward to go home to. Home isn't just made with family, it is the people in your community, town, region and province that try to make life and peoples living situations better. Home is where you are always welcome and accepted. Home is where you can go for a warm meal and good night sleep. Home is the place you love and are loved. Home is different for everyone, but I hope that with Habitat For Humanity everyone can have a place they can call home.
