A Kid Who Doesn’t Have a Home

John is a 10-year-old boy. He has a twin sister named Sofie. They have a mom and a dad and a family cat named Ted. But, John doesn’t live in a home- he lives on the street. John’s home burnt down one year ago. At night, John remembers sleeping in His warm, cozy bed. He also remembers going outside with his family to play in their backyard, their favourite games are soccer and football. One day John’s school started a fundraiser. It was for John’s family. Habitat for Humanity was going to build them a home. John couldn’t wait to have a home again. Finally, their home was built. John got to meet new friends, spend time with his family outside and sleep in a nice, warm, cozy bed. The end.
