Nowhere Better than Home

Home is the best place in the world. Home is a safe place to be in. It is a place for people to return to after hard times. A home is family and friends. The feeling of home is the happiness of watching movies and playing games. It's the place to enjoy activities done with friends. Home is the best place in the world. Home can be many things. If it were a sound, it would be the laughter of friends and family. If it were a song, it would be the softest and sweetest one ever heard. If it were a color, it would be the most outstanding one of the rainbow. Home is full of the most positive things. Everybody deserves a home. There are many people who aren’t as lucky as us and don’t have a home. It makes me sad to think that there are so many people who don’t have a warm, comfortable place to call home. It hurts me to know some people don’t have a place to return to after hard times. It upsets me to realize the fact that there are children all alone, on the cold streets without a home. I thank Habitat for Humanity for giving homes to people without one everyday. I hope one day everyone has a safe place to call home.
