The Meaning of Home

Everyone has a definition of home. My definition is family. Waking up seeing my dad watching hockey, the smell of my moms morning coffee, my brother still asleep and my grandma playing candy crush. It’s the best feeling. We love to relax in the pool and my brother cannonballs on us. The waves dance on us. We have all our family over to play in the pool and eat popsicles. I have lots of cousins who I love spending time with. My dad fires up the grill and cooks us all hamburgers and hotdogs. My home is my safe place where I am loved and trusted. I can be myself. My home is full of family and my crazy dogs who I love.
