Heart and Home

Heart. Home is only made with my heart, my soul, my dreams, and my love. Bang, my house has the constant sound of me playing the sport I love, soccer, in the basement. One of a kind. Home is something that’s one of a kind. Everybody’s home is different. My home reminds me of the smell of a fresh batch of homemade cookies. Memories. Home is a place where memories are engraved on the walls. Never being able to forget them. In my house, it’s the laughter after watching “Home Alone 2”. Each other. Home is built by everybody I love, my family, friends and me. Without them, I couldn’t have people to laugh with and play with. Without any of those, I would never have a place to call HOME A home is a place with my family and me. A place where I feel welcome, where I belong. A house is a building for human habitation, especially one that is just lived in by people. I want to thank Habitat for Humanity for organizing a contest and making a ginormous difference in people's lives. Helping them, not just by building houses, but a place they can call HOME. My home is my bedroom. My home is my house. My home is my community. My home is my city. My home is my province. My home is my country. “Home isn’t a place, it’s a feeling in your heart”
