My Meaning of Home

I feel like I am at home because I am loved by who I am surrounded by. I feel like I am at home because I smell the hot coffee in the morning and the hot soup in the evening. I feel like I am at home because every morning I see the white snow in winter and the bright sun in summer. I hear the birds chirping every morning it’s like I am in heaven. I feel safe when I say the word home. I moved from Mauritius and that changed a lot for me. Home is anywhere you feel safe.
