Meaning of My Home

In my home I feel safe and cozy. When I go outside, I feel the mystical air on my face, in the wintertime. But in the summertime, I go to my cabin at Victoria Beach and I feel home there. At my cabin in Victoria Beach, I smell the fresh cookies at the bakery not so far from my cabin! There are lots of memories at my cabin. Even sometimes when I wake up my family and friends to go to the beach I also feel home there! When we get to the beach I feel the hot smooth sand on my feet and see a beautiful sunset from the rock I was sitting on. I also see graceful dragon flies in the sky from outside my window. But soon it will be breakfast when we usually have scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages. After dinner I go to bed and hear the soft soothing waves! But when I get back to the city, I don’t feel at home there. But when I am out of the traffic, I feel cozy and head to sleep, in the misty cold air with my warm blankets. I feel the love of my family. Thank you for giving homes to the people who don’t have one.
