Home for Humanity

Home is not just bricks on a slab of wood. If home was a smell it would smell like freshly made cookies right out of the oven and hot cocoa on a warm winter day. If home had a taste it would taste like warm hot cocoa and cookies that we pick off the plate with my family sharing all around. Home looks like a warm fire in the fireplace and my family cuddling on the warm couch, well outside the snow is falling and filling up the lawn. If home had a feel it would feel like hugs and kisses from my family and cuddling, and hugging my pets,and a warm body in bed on the coldest of winter nights. Home sounds like having warm soup at the dinner table and saying what we are grateful for and after getting tucked into bed and my parents say good night sweetheart we love you so much. And home is where memories are made and you have someone that loves you and gives you a helping hand and someone that has your back through hard times in your life.
