Hi, I am a male in grade 6 and: I have been hired to explain what home means to me. So being here in Sarnia not going to lie there is stuff to do but not much. That being said, there are wonderful people, parks and many things to admire, but the thing I like most is my home here's why. Home is a place where I feel welcome, home is where I am safe and I can be myself without worrying about being judged. Home is the place where it shouldn't matter if you are black or white, boy or girl, what gender, race, or other ''stuff''. Home is the place you can believe whatever you like, the place where you can be less stressed. Home is where you have healthy food to eat, clean water to drink, a roof over your head, good air to breathe, and a place you can love and be loved back and accepted no matter what or who you are. Home is freedom and a place where you can feel great about yourself. Home is where no matter what you feel you can be ‘’okay’’ with it without the fear of being teased. Home is the place of your life: you should cherish your home and that is the meaning of home to me. Thank you for your time.
