The Importance of Home
Home is a feeling not a place.
Home is the feeling of love and acceptance.
You cannot call something your home if you don’t feel loved there.
If you truly love something you can call it your Home.
There are thousands of homeless people.
Homeless people are all over the world.
Not only do they not have a place to sleep they will also never have a true home until they are truly happy.
There are approximately 235,000 thousand homeless people in Canada.
Inflation is what causes most people to be homeless. Inflation is the term for increasing prices of items. The prices are increasing so much that people can’t pay for everyday items. Inflation is caused by demand pull and cost push.
If people stop paying for goods and services, there might be a chance of inflation prices going down. Homeless numbers are going up rapidly because of
inflation, therefore inflation needs to be stopped soon. Sadly, there is no sign of inflation lowering any time soon.
Becoming homeless can be also caused by addiction of drugs, or even dropping out of school. We are loved by all in our true home. If you are not accepted in your home, you can’t truly call it your home. People are building homeless shelters for the homeless. They give them a true home, a place that they are happy. Homeless shelters are not big enough for every homeless person. They get food and water at a homeless shelter. We need to keep building them. You can help the
homeless by donating to charities. You can also volunteer at homeless shelters.
Most are still suffering on the streets. Most homeless people die because of starvation, thirst, infection, bad health, and cold weather. It breaks my heart that 200 plus die per year. The average age a homeless person dies is 50! Most people live to 80. That’s 30 years younger!
Will the problem of inflation ever be fixed?
The simple answer is we don’t know, but in the meantime we can show some caring and help a homeless person in need.
